How to Reschedule an Air Peace Flight

Sometimes, your travel plans may change unexpectedly, and you may need to reschedule your Air Peace flight.

I’ve noticed one of the most sought after information for travelers is to change their flight dates or times.

Luckily, Air Peace allows passengers to change their flight dates or times, provided it is done according to their ticket rules.

This guide will walk you through the steps to reschedule your Air Peace flight online and offline.

Step 1: Check Your Ticket Type

The first step to getting started is to review your ticket fare conditions as it’s not all Air Peace tickets that are fully flexible and eligible for rescheduling and some other tickets may attract a change fee or fare difference.

After you confirm that your ticket is eligible for rescheduling, you can use any of the following options to reschedule your flight.

Option 1: Reschedule Online via the Air Peace Website

After you confirm that your ticket is eligible for rescheduling, visit the official Air Peace website and click on “My Booking” in the list of tabs you see on the screen.

Then enter your Booking Reference (PNR) and Last Name and submit the information by clicking on “Manage Booking” button.

After successfull submission, you will be asked to select the booking you want to reschedule.

Next, you’ll choose a new date and time for your flight and review if there are any applicable fare difference or  extra charge for rescheduling fees.

If there are additional charges, make the payment and confirm your changes and you’ll receive a new booking confirmation via email.

Option 2: Reschedule via the Air Peace Mobile App

Go to the application store on your phone and download the Air Peace Mobile App. The app is vailable on iOS & Android.

Next, open the downloaded application and log in with your booking details.

On the dashboard, Go to Manage Trips → Reschedule Flight and follow the prompts on the screen to select a new flight and pay any charges.

Option 3: Reschedule by Contacting Customer Support

If you’re unable to reschedule online:

• Call the Air Peace Call Center: +234-700-359-24773223
• Or send an email to callcenter@flyairpeace.com with your booking details.
• A representative will assist in changing your flight.

Option 5: Reschedule at the Airport or Sales Office

You can also visit any Air Peace sales office or airport ticket desk and provide your booking reference and valid ID.

The agent will help you process the rescheduling.
