How to Activate MTN Family Pack

You can activate the MTN family pack plan in two ways; You can use USSD or use the MyMTN app.

•Choose “Family Pack”

•Select the data bundle you want to purchase

•Confirm payment

•Add beneficiaries (up to 5 MTN numbers)

2. Using the MyMTN App

•Download/open the MyMTN NG app

•Log in with your MTN number

•Navigate to Bundles → Family Pack

•Buy a plan and add beneficiaries

How to Add or Remove Beneficiaries

• Dial *131*1*7# and select Manage Beneficiary
• Or use the MyMTN app
• You can:
  
  • Add new beneficiaries
  • Remove existing ones
  • Adjust allocations (if the feature is enabled on your bundle)

Only a maximum of five beneficiaries can be added.

How to Check Data Balance on MTN Family Pack

• Or open MyMTN App and click on “Data Balance” option.

Both the sponsor and beneficiaries can check available data.

Things You Should Know

• You can only be a beneficiary of one sponsor at a time.
• A sponsor cannot also be a beneficiary under another person’s Family Pack.
• You cannot transfer Family Pack data outside of the group.
