Turn on your Itel Smart Watch Storm Ultra

Press and hold the round button on the right side of your wristwatch, for few seconds; to turn on the watch.

If you are turning on the watch for the first time, a prompt will appear on the screen asking you to select your preferred language.

Choose the preferred language and continue.

The first thing you need to do is download and install FitCloudPro app on your phone. Open the Google Play Store and search for “FitCloudPro”.

Upon installation, launch the app and wait for it to load. The app will show you some terms and conditions of use on the page. Click on “Accept” to continue.

Next, the app will present you a login page. You can enter your username and password to continue or create a new account if you don't have an account yet,

Note: If you don't have an account, click on create account. Submit your date of birth, sex, height and weight, and fill other required details to setup your account.

Upon account creation, a pop-up will appear asking you to allow some permissions for the app on your phone. Click “Ok” and allow the permissions.

These permissions allow you FitProApp to communicate and push information to your smartwatch.

Next, Another pop will appear asking for permission to turn on Bluetooth. Click “Accept” and it will turn your Bluetooth on and start scanning to pair with your watch Bluetooth.

If the watch is on, FitProApp will detect the watch's Bluetooth signal and list it on the screen. The Bluetooth name of Itel Smart Watch Storm Ultra is “Itel ISW-015”.

Once it is listed on the screen, click the "Connect' button to pair with the smart watch.

A notification will appear on your smartwatch, requesting you to accept the connection. Click the icon to accept on the screen of the watch.
