How to Use Quickteller for Airtime Purchases, Money Transfers, and Bill Payments

Quickteller provides a convenient channel to pay bills, transfer money, purchase airtime, and settle other payments directly from your mobile device or computer, anytime and anywhere.

On Quickteller, you can make payment with different methods, such as debit cards and bank accounts, making it highly flexible for various user needs. In this post, we’ll share how to purchase airtime, transfer money and make bill payments via Quickteller.

How to buy Airtime via Quickteller

• Click on the Buy Airtime Menu
• Select “TOP-UP YOUR PHONE” for Self Recharge or “TOP-UP OTHER PHONES” for Third Party Recharge and complete the fields by selecting the desired airtime amount and network.
• Insert Card Details, i.e. Card number, Expiry Date, CVV, PIN, Safetoken/OTP, or Verve eCash PIN if you are using eCash

How to transfer money via Quickteller

• Click on the Transfer Money menu
• Complete the fields by inserting the account number, desired bank name and amount
• Insert Card Details, i.e. PAN, Expiry Date, CVV, PIN, Safetoken/OTP or Verve eCash PIN if you are transferring from your eCash account.

How to pay bills via Quickteller

• Click on the Pay Bills menu
• Search for the biller or go to the billers category and select the biller
• Insert the customer ID
• Insert Card Details, i.e. Card number, Expiry Date, CVV, PIN, Safetoken/OTP, or Verve eCash PIN if you are using eCash
