How to Reset Quickbucks Password and Pin

Resetting your pin and password on Quickbucks is usually a straightforward process, but there are times that the standard methods do not work and you find yourself locked out of the application.

• Quickbucks password and pin are two different things. The password is the security code you submit to login to your profile on the app, while the pin is a 4digit number you submit when to authorize disbursement of loan or carry out other sensitive action within the app.
• This article covers the different methods on how to reset both password and the pin.

Methods to Reset Password

1. Reset password on Quickbucks app

First, you need to launch the Quickbucks application on your smartphone.  Next, you need to click on the login button on the screen to navigate to login page.

On the login page, you need to tap Forgot Password link to open the password reset page. 

You will now see a form for the password reset. The form requires your phone number. Click “Reset password” button after you type your phone number.

A One-Time-Pin (OTP) will now be sent to your phone number. Next, you will be asked to input your new password and the OTP you received.

When the form is filled correctly, click on button to submit. Your password will change and you will be notified that is was successful.

2. Reset password with help from customer service representative.

As mentioned earlier in this article, the standard methods for the password change may not work as expected and you find yourself locked out.

In this scenario, you should will need to contact  Access Bank customer service representative for assistance with the reset.

This is usually rare, but you may find yourself getting error responses after doing everything right for the password reset.

What you need to do is to call or visit any Access bank branch close to you and explain the issue to the customer service representative.

Your complaint will be lodged against the IT team and your issue will be reviewed for resolution.

This usually takes within 24hours.

Methods to Reset PIN

At the time of writing this article, a self service option has not been set up to reset your pin on the Quickbucks app.

While you are able to change your pin on the app; if you know the current pin, you are required to call the customer service representative or visit the branch for assistance  if you forget your pin.

You can call or visit any Access bank branch close to you and explain the issue to the customer service representative.

Your complaint will be lodged against the IT team and your issue will be reviewed for resolution.
